Soooooooooo....to cut BF%

What exactly should i be cutting from my diet?

Sugar, carbs?


And should i focus on BF % only when im at my goal weight? i still need to lose some more so i dont want to stay at this weight.

    for me... I watch sugar and I watch carbs - don't cut out the carbs you get from veggies and nuts and avacados and all those kind of things. works for me anyway, you might be different.

    :smile: I have lost body fat & I didn't cut anything out of my diet. I simply cut back on the amount of things I eat such as carbs, somedays I still eat to many but I'm not going all crazy here because I want a lifestyle change not a faze.

    I also work out at Curves which provides resistance & cardio and I am doing the C25K program. Everyone is different so it may take trial and error on a few things for you but you'll get there. Everything in moderation is key!
