Do you count the calories you burn during strength training?
I tried to put it in under strength training it just logs your weights and reps, not calories burned. i have a HRM which says i burn about 260 during my strength training (i mix my strength training up with isometrics and random pushups and situps)

Yes, I log them. Log it under the "Cardio" section using the name "strength training" from the database...use the lookup/search feature.
I've read many articles and posts that say HRMs are not accurate when it comes to weight lifting. I use MFP's default which will seem low; but I would rather underestimate than overestimate.0
