how long do certain foods usually last refrigerated?

I do my cooking 2 times a week. Things tend to dry out after a few days especially meat.
And I would be nervous about certain things past a few days.

Most of my food lasts about a week if I package it right (like the salad in a jar things - be sure you don't put your lettuce with your dressing!). I have good tupperware containers and I always put my fruit in these containers which truly block out a lot of oxygen:
