I just did day 1 of this... I liked it, and am wondering how experienced work out folks think it ranks. I feel like I'm a pretty healthy eater, but I have real trouble getting consistant with exercise. I thought maybe a "doable" 20 minutes of someone telling me what to do would help.... I finally got a good measuring tape and am recording my measurements... Question about measuring waist... My natural waist (the narrowest part, right?) is 34.25 inches, however 1 inch above my belly button is rather larger :) at 38.75 inches. PB2!!
So excited - I just got my PB2 in the mail. It sounds kind of yucky - powdered peanut butter - but is great in smoothies, sauces, even cookies! The best news - 5 grams of protein, and only 1.5 grams of fat per serving. 45 calories. Can't wait for my smoothie tomorrow morning! (Or my PB oatmeal....) :)
