Sorry if this has been asked before (coudn't find it in a quick search)...
So I have all my #'s mapped out to where I *believe* (hope, pray
) they should be.
I have about a 200 calorie difference between my BMR and my TDEE.
My question is: when I exercise, do I eat back the cals?
My exercise consists of : full body dumbbell workout (newb level!!), walking on the days in between
Complicating matters is that even if I were supposed to be eating back cals, I have no idea what these are for weight lifting.
Thanks.
