Is anyone focusing on Superfoods?

I'm watching my calories here on MFP, and trying to incorporate as many superfoods into my day as I can. I aim for 10 servings of a superfood a day.

Most of my info about superfoods comes from this website and accompanying books: http://www.superfoodsrx.com/

I'd love to be in/ start/ a group with others who are into eating superfoods.... Anyone interested?

  • I eat many of those foods already. I didn't even realize they were "super foods". They're just delicious!
  • I'm a vegetarian. I eat a lot of Blueberries, Broccoli, Greek Yogurt, Pomegranate, Tea, Soy, Pumpkin, Olive Oil, Apples, Oatmeal, and Beans.

    Oops! I didn't know how to find my topic again until today! :) Sorry it took me so long.

    Sounds like you're a super healthy eater. Is that a change you've made to lose weight, or have you lost 20 pounds in some other way? I'm hoping that cutting out processed crap and moving away from too many sweets will help me. I definitely already feel better. That is for sure.
