I am doing reset for the 6th week now and have been EMTWL for about 9 or 10 weeks now. Ever since I started I have not binged once. Does that count as NSV?

Adjustable dumbbells
I wanna splash out on some weights. Due to lack of space all I can get are adjustable ones. Any recommendations? I like the Bowflex ones. And shall I get the ones up to 50 or up to 90 lbs?

It's only 5 pm
and the FitBit already reads 2215 cals. :noway: I am wearing it for the first full day and it was not even a very active day... I am eating at TDEE 2400 at the moment but I might have to up my cals. Will see how the day ends and how the next days to come will be

Reset and High Burn Days
I started the second month of Insanity today and during the one hour workout I burnt almost 800kcal I am doing the reset right now-should I eat some extra calories?

FitBit
For all the guys who have this gadget-is it good? Is it enough? I just want to know my TDEE really. And it is 79 Pounds as compared to almost 300 for the KiFit. Ad it does not require subscription.

Macros and reset
I am trying really hard to hit my macros, and I am not far off. But with the full fat products I tend to go higher on the fat. Anyone else having this problem? I am ok with carbs though
