shoulder problems. Help!
I have had some injuries in car accidents and have a hard time with my shoulders when I am lifting weights. Any ideas on how to srengthen and stretch my shoulders? I force myself to take it easy but I hate not having much endurance when I try to do military presses and weights involving shoulders.

Getting Outside Really Helps With Winter Blahs
I was just watching Dr. Oz show this morning and he was talking about the importance of getting outside. So, today I decided to go on a nice, long walk on the trails at a local park. Husband Gets Upset When I Throw Away Fattening Food

Overworking Muscles?
Is it a bad idea to do squats, lunges and pushups everyday? I don't know if I'm overworking the muscle groups. I do the Jillian Michaels workouts and she uses weights + resistance workouts. She says to do them everyday, but I'm wondering if that is too hard on the muscle groups...? What are your thoughts?
