ORANGE POWER
Sorry, it had to be said. I won't trash talk, but I had to put it out there. Did anyone watch the BCS selection show on ESPN? Just made me sad to see how close the numbers were yet we didn't get the chance to go up against Les. We need to put a beat down on Stanford! Go Pokes!

Low Iron - looking for advice
Went to the doc yesterday for some routine stuff, but ended up loaded down with daily "preventative" things to take. Bleh. One big problem is my iron. I'm anemic, and so she wants me to take a supplement. I hate taking pills. So she said if I could manage to eat more iron rich foods I don't have to take the supplement. I…

I wonder if I should wait to start this when I am closer to goal. I have over 100 lbs I still want to lose before being at some elusive goal. It just seems that this book is driven…

Football whoas
Really?!?! What the heck happened this past weekend with football??? I know the Cowboys had to go into their game with some heavy news, but I was still shocked at how much they were outplayed. And the Sooners? Though a die hard Cowboy, I was really rooting for BOTH teams to win. It's nice to see Oklahoma so well placed in…

Open vs Closed Adoption
What are your experiences/thoughts on this? As an adoptee of the 70s, everything was closed up tight and hush hush back then. I still do not have access to my files. I have written more than once requesting information only to be told it is confidential. I'm torn on this one. On the one hand it would be nice to have…

I really hadn't planned on posting anything until a hit a big milestone. I feel like I have so far to go that it will take time to see a difference.
