I really hadn't planned on posting anything until a hit a big milestone. I feel like I have so far to go that it will take time to see a difference. But then I saw these pictures side by side (really I was comparing the hair colors!) and thought, Why not?
It isn't a huge change, but I can see some difference in my face. The first pic is from my 40th bday in February, the 2nd is this week.

    I have a photo on my desk from my bday. I was looking at it today thinking, was my fat really that puffy? Is it still that puffy and I just don't see it? So I put these side by side and was quite surprised.

    Thank you everyone...sometimes you just need a little boost to the self esteem to know that a) you must be doing something right and b) just b/c the big changes you want aren't instant, the little ones count too.
