Chicken Sausage Alfredo with Broccoli

Ingredients:
Farfelle pasta - Butoni 1 1/4 cup dry
Brocolli Florets (I used frozen) - 3/4 cup
Archer Farms Spinach and Garlic Sausage- 1 link
Archer Farms Milk Italian Chicken Sausage-1 link
Classico brand Light Creamy Alfredo Sauce - 1/3 cup

Cook pasta and sausage per directions. For broccoli I steamed with some minced garlic and a little water. Drain pasta, put on plate. Dump broccoli and cut up sausage links on top. Cover with warm sauce (I just heated it up in the microwave).

I sprinkled a little parmesan on top, which I didn't include in my counts below.

This was a really big serving! Next time I will probably use less pasta and more broccoli. It was enough by itself to fill up my hubby, who is a big guy!
