Apparently there is a lot of people tired of the negativity on here. *sad face for them*

So I would like to take this opportunity to add some mush to your day.

MY friends rock. I have an awesome group of people I call friends on here. Some are cheerleaders with their "WTGs" or "Awesome!". Some motivate me by offering advice or a kick in the @ss. I have one in particular who is my sounding board for everything, and some are there solely for the purpose of making me laugh. Because let's face it, losing weight and getting fit can bog you down IF you let it.

So gather round friends for the mush fest. *throws squeez-y hugs and sloppy kisses*
