LCHF macro help please
Hi team, can anyone help me set my macros/% in MFP for LCHF. I don't want to go full on keto but I'd like to lose some weight and reduce my "bad" carb intake. I'm female, 35 yrs, 163cm/5'4 tall, 78kg/171pd. Please and thank you.

Net carbs? Is there any way for MFP to track these?
I follow LCHF / Lower Carb Healthy Fat way of eating. Is there any way for MFP to track Net carbs?? I'm keen to see my net carbs, not just my total carbs *as all my carbs come from veges. Any ideas whether I can track net carbs on here? Many thanks, :)

Brown rice / not tasty at all / how do you cook yours?
Hi guys, how do you cook your brown rice for a no fail delicious tasty meal? Every time I make mine, 1 cup dry, 1 cup water in the ricemaker, it goes all icky tasting and not nice at all. Am I doing something wrong?

Calories for pumpkin - fresh/raw - VS potato/kumara?

I'm going over in my fat macros some days (ie week days when I'm at work I have a proper cooked breaky and have my home packed lunches etc so I keep to my routine) - however, going over by 7g of fat has helped me completely feel satisfied (full), not stuffed and it's also been keeping my total cals intake DOWN for the day.…

I don't like fruit... pretty much all kinds. But each week I try to have at least 1-3 peices for variety and health benefits. I really don't like bananas at all, but for variety and health I have been trying to have one at least a week. What's your take on bananas??

Gym check in this morning...
Another 5cm off my waist and 1.5cm off my under bust line... feeling good. Lost 1.2kgs in 4 weeks and also 1.4% body fat... the weight/body fat aren't moving that fast, but the measurements sure are! YAY for me! :)
