Hi guys, can someone please tell the accurate cal value of 1 whole small avocado - pitted peeled.
The cals values range on MFP from 100cals to 500cals... and I really don't want to guess.
Many thanks,

Search "Avocado, Raw" and find the entry without an asterisk next to it. This is the USDA's measurement, so pretty accurate. Weigh the avocado (just the fruit, no skin or pit), and go with that measurement (don't try to eyeball the size or a cup measure)0

Search "Avocado, Raw" I weigh my avocados on a food scale since they are all different sizes.0

When I am in doubt I like to go to CalorieKing.com to check calorie counts0

Find the entry in the database that does not have an asterisk. I think it's Avocado- Raw. That's the one that isn't user-entered and it also has grams, which means it's more accurate. Weigh your avocado (only the part you're eating) and enter the grams.0
