High weight, high reps???
Hey guys, I'm new to Weight Training, but I have been doing fairly high weights (for me), with high reps... However, now I read I should be doing low reps if I am lifting heavy weights. I do not want to bulk up - I am only 5ft2 female - any pound shows on my frame! HA HA Any advice??

Question re logging and days completed on MFP???
Hey there, my MFP used to say "nixism has logged in for 30 days"... and each day it would grow. For some reason it's no longer saying that. I have "completed" some of my days the next morning etc, would this affect it? IE: does everything have to be recorded and completed within 24hr period??? Any ideas?

Fruit - do you eat it??
Who here loves fruit? I never have been a fan of most fruits and that has got worse since joing MFP. Fruit is so "expensive" cals wise... don't you think?? I am struggling to get a peice or two eaten most days... a real mission!

I need some new leg exercises...??
My trainer has only given me 2 leg exercises and I don't get my program done for another month. So far she has a swiss ball in my back against a wall, dumbells in each hand and doing standard squats. The other exercise is just plain old leg press. I don't like walking lunges at all... so any other advice or leg moves…

Sugar numbers always over my recommended?? HELP
Hi all, My sugar is often going over my allocation. Today I have had fruit/yoghurt for breaky. Cheese n crackers for a snack. Salad with ham for lunch. Roast chicken with salad and sweet potato for dinner. Not sure where I am going wrong?? Any advice? Cheers nixism

Worked out this morning - hungrier by far! HELP
Hey there, I worked out this morning 45 mins of intense cardio... (well intense for me, as I'm only just starting off!) and I've found I've been much more hungry today than usual. Is this the norm if you work out in the mornings?? My usual workouts are 4pm-5pm in the late afternoons.

Is 600cal OK for a full meal???
Most days I have light meals, but once or twice a week I have a heavier lunch, ie: subway vegie footlong with no cheese or dressing, just veges and/or bacon. As I'm only on 1200-1400cal A DAY I know this is a substantial amount 600 for a meal. Your thoughts???
