Short: Modify your settings on your diary and create your own macro values. Unless you're solely intent on defying the fact that you can't OD on protein...You won't.

I can't see your diary but I don't think having more protein is a bad thing. Maybe I'm wrong.

Don't sweat it. The default MFP macronutient settings set the protein at the USDA recommended 15%, which bears no reality on people trying to lose weight while retaining lean tissue, much less those who are trying to grow it.

If your daily intake is anywhere from 1g of protein to 2g of protein per Kg of desired weight, you should still be fine unless you have some truly unusual medical issue.

The main thing is to meet your net caloric goals.

So if my first goal weight is 68kgs, then my protein should be 68g ???

Thanks so much - I will set it to 68 and see how I go.
I'm a bit unsure how to set my carbs, sugars, fats - any advice on that one???

why are you concerned about going over on protein? I try to get 1 gram for each pound of my body weight so 140.

mfp protein is set way to low. I eat about 120 grams of protein a day.

Do custom settings on your goals and try your macros at 35% protein, 35% carbohydrates, and 30% fats for about 6 weeks and see how it works.

Set your protein and fat at 35% and your carbs at 30%. Try not to consume any sugar that isn't natural or any carbs that are not veggies or whole grains. Focus your fats on avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oil, that kind of stuff.

MFP sets it WAY too low!! Set that goal to a much higher amount! I would say no less than 100-120 grams a day

Being over on protein is a GOOD thing. As long as you don't go waaaaay so high to get into ketosis you should be fine.. if your target is 80 and you're at 100 that's not problem. If you were at like 300 i would worry but then you'd be way over Cals anyway.
