Appreciate your comments guys... I've really been trying hard and I have slightly upped my exercise too so am feeling positive at the mo.

A few days you went way over on your sodium intake. Too much sodium usually causes you to retain water and see a higher number on the scale. I know from personal experience. Good luck to you0

Thanks for that, I have only just started recording sodium, I Never knew how much it affected my weightloss until recently.

you eat a lot of this 'ham' - that's where a majority of your sodium intake is coming from.... Ham isn't good for you anyways, so your intake should be limited.... ((I only have ham once every 1-2 months, if that)).....
Eat MORE protein, you're not eating nearly enough, and you should track your fiber. Try to eat more fresh stuff...... Also, less starchy carbs in the evening. When you eat stuff plays into how it affects you too.0
