Flash Restaurant meal - help - how do I cal count?

Hey guys,

I am attending a bday dinner tonight at a swanky restaurant...
I will be having oysters, scallops, prawns, steak or fish fillet, with ciabatta bread and a choice of either choc mousse or creme brulee - sounds alot I know! It is a set menu at a very flash joint!

I am going to enjoy every drop of wine and every bite and savour them!

How do I count the cals for tonight? Do I just guesstimate on the high side of things???

What would you do???

Many thanks, nixism

I personally would skip the logging. I would have very low cal breakfast and lunch. And just pick up in the swing of things the next day! Have fun and ENJOY it. This is what I do when my husband takes me to a fancy place. We don't ALWAYS need to worry about how many calories are in each bite :P lol you want to enjoy it, not take notes of what you eat on your napkin!

Hey there, I do like tracking my cals, so I think I will just attempt to do it somewhat, the next day - so I won't be sweating it tonight and can just enjoy myself and my honey :)
