Day 28...Rest Day
Rest day or catch up day. I'm resting my aching left knee and tender & tight achilles heel. The achilles has been tight for awhile but the left knee sort of came on all of a sudden. I'm use to my right knee aching but this is my left & my left achilles. Who knows...I'll just rest today. Make it a good one!

Day 16...Rest Day
Rest day or make up day...whatever you need to do. It will definitely be a rest day for me on this challenge. But I do plan to walk after work, either in the park or to a Leslie Sansone DVD. Need some cardio! Have a great day and back to it tomorrow:smile:

Day 13...No Fear
Day - 60 sit ups / 75 crunches / 40 leg raises / 50 second plank - DONE Go it done early. The leg raises are getting harder & harder. Did 4 sets of 10. The sit ups I broke them up into 4 sets of 15. No problem with crunches or plank. Let's keep it going!!!

Day 11 - 55 sit ups / 65 crunches / 33 leg raises / 42 second plank Going to my godson's basketball game this morning...it so much fun to watch 4-6 year olds play. They travel with the ball, will not pass to each other and everyone wants to shoot. It's hysterical. Will get day 11 done when I return. Make it a great day!
