I love the elliptical, it gets my heart pumping, sweat pouring, everything... I don't want my body to get used to it to the point where it becomes a mute point. OMG!!! I just ate some crazy hamburger and split an order of 1/2 lb of fried mushrooms and split 5 cheese sticks.... I feel like TOTAL.... COMPLETE crap!!!!! My stomach is killing me already...
