So the InterNetz are a buzz about Easter falling on 4/20 this year. My only concern is that there could be a severe lack of 50% off chocolate the day after. This, obviously, brought the Keanu Reeves meme to mind... Is anyone else concerned about the post-Easter half-price candy? Other thoughts?

Elevator pet peeve: I hate it when there are clearly *several* people trying to get in an elevator, and the first one in decides to stand in front of the buttons, like they're the elevator operator, rather than moving to the back to let others inside.

Starting weights
I stopped in the fitness section of Target last night to price some hand weights. They had a 20 pound barbell that I could barely do two curls with. I was able to do the 15 pound one pretty easily and did 5 without feeling any pain. If I were to purchase one, should I go ahead and start with the 20 pound one? Any opinions?

I Googled spinning, and I'm not sure how it's different from a stationary bike. And why are there classes for it? How is it different from a stationary bike, if at all? I am just curious because I had never heard of it and I'm thinking of the "Sit and Spin" toy I used to play on as a kid. :tongue:

Does your body know?
Does your body really know if you ate a protein bar VS a "normal" meal? Or does your body grab the nutrients from whatever you eat, use what it can, store any extra energy, and then get rid of the waste? Think about it.
