    Hm... I think this is mostly a good thing. I'm sure there are some negative implications, and I'm positive that the fashion industry isn't happy about it... but, I think in regards to how it affects societal norms, it's a step in the right direction.

    Yes, I think it's good that they are concerned about it, but I am not in favor of employment qualifications based on BMI, especially when it's regulated by government.

    Stupid.

    Just stupid. Let the market decide. Instead of banning stuff, maybe realize people WANT to see skinny models; data points to that fact - people spend more money with thinner models. If people liked seeing bigger people model clothes, they'd show it with their wallet.
