Nice hahaha. I'm actually trying not to eat after 6pm but I still drink plenty of water or green tea to take any cravings away. Lets see how that goes for me. :drinker:0

I usually eat dinner about 6, then dessert about 7 or 8. And sometimes, like last night, I'm still hungry, so I eat again before bed! *gasp!* :laugh:

I have milk and a cookie just about everynight before going to bed. Helps me sleep. I've lost 75 lbs since January. I could have lost like 150 if I didn't do that apparently.0
