Don't sure what to do anymore

calories in a pork chop
We grilled some boneless pork chops at lunch today and I put some in my salad. It was 5.5oz. I looked it up with MFP and the calories were all OVER the place..from 323 calories to 170 calories and some in between. How do I figure this out???

Hungry and frustrated
After eating more of my exercise calories for a couple of weeks I have put on weight and feel yuck. I need some new ideas. This isn't working.
I know that we are supposed to net a minimum of 1200 or our BMR which for me is I think 1400 something. This is very hard some days as I have such a high burn from working out/working. I've been told many times to eat more, and sometimes I need to eat well over 2000 just to net properly...and that's not even eating back…

Walden Farms calorie free food?
Has anyone else tried this line? I saw it in the store and thought what the heck. The ranch and thousand island are really good. The honey dijon and chocolate sauce were AWFUL I thought. They have tons of stuff...PB, marshmallow sauce, lots of salad dressings...oh, I got the spicy and thick bbq sauce and that's pretty good…

Peanut butter with your brown rice? Who knew?!
Seriously I love MFP. I was on a thread about PB and someone said they eat it in their brown rice. My initial reaction was shock and repulsion. But I love PB on everything else...so I mixed some into my rice today...and it's AWESOME! It's official...PB can go on ANYTHING and make it better. Soooooo yummy!

Eating at your "goal" weight?
I went on fitnessfrog.com and put in my stats, giving it how many minutes I spend doing all my activities a day. I fiddled around and then decided to put in my goal weight of 135 pounds. It came up as 2053. Would it be possible for me to get to that weight if I just ate that every day? Would you just skip adding calories…

Is the goal to net 1200 or net your daily calorie goal?
In order for me to net 1200 calories I have to eat a lot, as I workout a bunch for work...but the losses are still horribly, horribly slow. Like almost non-existent. Is the goal to net my daily goal of 1510 calories? Or just to be over the magic 1200? Thanks for checking!

Gaining water weight after a road trip?
Is it possible/normal to gain a lot of water weight the day of a long distance car ride? I hoped on the scale before my shower and was up 6lbs. I know that isn't fat. Could it have anything to do with the travel? Thanks!

Pizza equals a heavy gut!
Geez Louise! I had one splurge on my vacation. Had a lot of pizza with the family last night and was up 4 pounds this morning. I'm assuming it's sodium and food weight....but holy cow! I didn't think it was going to make that big of a difference!

Hey ladies! :-) I was wondering what activity level you are set? I'm on the computer quite a bit...obviously....LOL, but the rest of the day I'm chasing the boys, picking up, chores, errands etc. I was set at sedentary though since I was sitting quite a bit. I am a stay at home mom when not teaching classes. I have a HRM and I log my exercise classes/walking the dog with it and I have myself at sedentary. I'm on the computer a lot, but also cleaning the house/errands etc. Am I sedentary or lightly active? It makes a big difference with my daily calories!

Still losing inches...not weight
So this is interesting. In my eating more experiment, I seem to still be losing inches...but my weight shot up over 3 pounds again...I'm at the very end of TOM so I'm not sure why that's still the case...praying it's still water weight...but it's saying I've lost 2 1/2 inches off my waist and an inch and a half I think off…
