I hopped on the scale last night at like 9pm. It said 153.2 or something. So I'm thinking AWESOME! I may be below 152 finally first thing. TOM is now gone, and this is late at night! Hop on scale this morning, very excited for a weight in....153.4. HUH? What? OI VEY! So close to having a loss finally. Has this happened to anyone else? Annoying, right??

Relax, its normal, if you're all stressed about it you ain't going to loose anything.
Last week during 3 days and despite regularly being under my calorie goal and doing exercise I put up about 1.3Kg (almost 3lbs), now the last 2 days I've lost 2.2Kg (almost 5lbs) so weight does go up and down and there are a lot of variables in play. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll soon see results. Remember not to stress about it.0 -
It was just kind of comical. At this point it almost makes me laugh. My inches are down, so I know it's working. I hopped on for giggles before my shower and was down to 151. LOL! *sigh*0
