Day 4 - Tuesday 6/23
I had a pretty good day today. Got a good 2.5 miles in with the dogs before work and got a little over 8 miles in on the bike before dark. Food numbers were reasonable. Would have liked my fiber and protein to be a little higher and my fat and cholesterol a little lower but darn that pork steak was good!

Day 3- Monday 6/22
All done for the day and was just a bit under. I got in the cookies again but only 4 today. I did follow that with a snack pack of Cheetos. These are the things that I have got to quit doing to get back into my clothes!

Fat burn vs fitness according to HRM?
I use a Polar FT40 and it shows Fat Burn or Fitness based on my heart rate. I need to lose fat for sure and I am all about improving my fitness.
