Pain in the neck!

June 1st I started the 30 day shred and outdoor bike riding. Before I was doing elliptical, Bow Flex, and other workout vids-I still do these but added the biking and the 30 DS. My neck hurts so very badly. It has hurt from the beginning but I keep thinking it will get better. Any ideas? I am careful when doing the crunches in the 30DS to look up and not strain my neck but I am sure there is some stress on it. And when I bike I do find in poor posture, letting my neck fall between my shoulders. Has anyone experienced this or have an idea what I need to change? I haven't given up either of these activities due to the pain-just thought I would work through it but so far that hasn't happened. Thanks in advance.

    Don't ignore your neck pain. You could be putting pressure on your cervical discs which could lead to a bulging or herniated disc. You should consult a doctor or a physical therapist.
