Feet shrinking
Has anyone noticed their shoe size shrinking as they lose weight? My feet shrunk a smidge in width and are a lot thinner than they used to be, which is understandable. But, I went out to buy a pair of shoes last night, and they were half a size SHORTER!! Anyone else experience this?

Bugs taste yucky!
I was riding on the Mt Vernon trail (Alexandria, Virginia) and I came upon actual clouds of mosquitoes, gnats and no-see-ums. Bugs in my helmet, my hair, down my shirt, up my nose, in my eyes and since I was mouth breathing (was at mile #6 in my ride) in my mouth. I can attest that bugs are NOT tasty.

New Mentality

NSV - but not really
As of this morning, I've 'unofficially' lost 79 lbs (official weigh in day is Saturday). On January 4, when I started this journey, I weighed in at 390 lbs. I have lost 20% of my former body weight. My mind is boggled... in a good way. I just needed to share. :smile:

Food panic attack
I just looked at my remaining calories for the day and it said 426, and I haven't even had lunch yet! I was just about to hyperventilate with a full blown panic attack.
