My wife bought pre-made Jalapeno Corn Bread from Safeway but it doesn't have the nutrition info and I haven't been able to look it up online. It does have the ingredients though. I thought maybe someone could come up with a good estimate for me, if that't even possible? Thanks.

My Formula for my Calories Goal...opinions?
BMR = 1747 TDEE = 2905 (seems high to me) BMR + TDEE = 4652 4652 / 2 = 2326 (average of the two) I have my goal set at 2000 Does this seem reasonable? Should I average out my goal and the average of my TDEE + BMR and make that mo goal (2153)?

My legs go numb when I sit down.
I am on Day 13 of Insanity. Since I have been working out, whenever I sit down, my legs go numb. It happens mostly from the knees and elbows down. Has anyone had this similar problem or have any idea whats causing this?
