Getting back into it.

Its been months since I worked out. I took a break for Thanksgiving and never worked out again. I got back into it last week, running a mile 3-4 days. Yesterday, I started doing Les Mills Combat again. Man, did I miss it. I was using a Polar FT7 last time but am not using it this time, at least right now.
You can check out in my profile what my progress has been and what I have done to reach that progress. It was a little more than a year ago that I was weighing almost 180lbs. When I stopped at Thanksgiving, I was around 152lbs. I am now back to about 166 last time I weighed a couple weeks ago.
I deleted all my friends on here since nobody was really actively posting or replying to my posts in the last few days. I'm looking to start over with some new friends and motivation. Is anyone else been taking a break for a while and getting back into it?
I plan on running 4-5 days a week (last week was a mile a day), and I I want to increase my .5 miles each week. My goal is 5, which I would like to reach and pass. I also plan on doing Les Mills Combat 3-5 days a week.
Add me if you would like.

I started back up about a month ago. I can't tell you why I stopped to begin with, because I don't know.0
