My wife bought pre-made Jalapeno Corn Bread from Safeway but it doesn't have the nutrition info and I haven't been able to look it up online. It does have the ingredients though. I thought maybe someone could come up with a good estimate for me, if that't even possible? Thanks.

I put in Jalapeno cornbread and they had a listing for Kroger which is a similar grocery store to safeway - it said 180 for 1 square. Of course no size or anything.

also if you change your IMG to lower case your pics should show up
  • I agree, finding something close/simular is your best bet. I tend to choose what may have slightly more calories, just in case. Keeps me from going over my calories. Also, that looks really freaking good about now.

I'm thinking of just quick adding 300-350 cal. I don't think its that much but just as a safe guess.

Just use any cornbread entry. The jalapenos don't add many calories - probably 20 cals for the entire recipe.

If you just pick one from the database, I would doubt that you will be million miles out - it ill be close enough!
