How much Carbs, Protein, Sodium, Sugar should I have?

I have a 2500 calorie goal. What should my goals be for the rest? Right now they are
2500..........Calories
344............Carbs
69...............Fat
125.............Protein
2500...........Sodium
41...............Sugar
Can I even change them or are they all given out when I pick my goal, etc?

I'd up the protein, not sure how much but there are calculators to determine using your bodyweight and other measurements and lower the carbs accordingly.0

You should be at about 35-40% carbs, 35 -40% protein and 25-30% healthy fats.0
