How much Carbs, Protein, Sodium, Sugar should I have?

I have a 2500 calorie goal. What should my goals be for the rest? Right now they are

2500..........Calories
344............Carbs
69...............Fat
125.............Protein
2500...........Sodium
41...............Sugar

Can I even change them or are they all given out when I pick my goal, etc?
