I did 1 minute yesterday and I'm really feeling it today.

I did 8:02 like a month go. I rarely do them. I think I could do 10 minutes right now if I wasn't drinking wine

My longest plank was 7 minutes. That was a few years ago though. The gym was having a plank contest.0

Its way too boring after about a couple of minutes. Now I put a DB on my chest and get it done in far less time on a decline bench.0

I was timed when I first signed up for my gym last year as part of an evaluation, but I really don't do them often or time them.
Pushups have planks inside them. I do those.0 -

Wow, y'all are awesome! My core is something I have been working on pretty hard, but I am just starting out, so I am on the right track. I have just been able to do 10-15 girl push-ups consecutively!
In regard to planks though, I can sometimes push out 30 seconds. If it is a SUPER good day, maybe close to 60 secs. Meh.0 -

In boot camp, we were getting "MASH'd" this one time. We took 1 hr to do 6 pushups ..... 5 min in position 1, 5 min in position 2 ...6 times, no rest ........
"MASH'd" = Make A Sailor Hurt ....0 -
