What is your definition of "dessert?"
I am learning to equate "dessert" with fruit. I have been eating watermelon and other fruits as my dessert lately, and it tastes just as good. Here in Korea, the Koreans eat fruit as dessert, not the sweet stuff that Americans eat. I hope to make this a habit.

My NSV :-)
Today, I completed a Crossfit/ Scavenger Hunt Challenge. I ran for 6 miles with very little breaks in-between. It was fun and challenging. I haven't ran in years, so this is a great victory for me.

Banned from the elevators
I am officially banning myself from all elevators. I will walk up and down the stairs from now on, at work, at my apartment, and anytime I take a subway. I live on the 7th floor in my apartment complex, so it will be a bit of a walk, but a good walk. Since the weather is warming up, I am also officially banning myself from…

Already over my calories??
It is lunch time here (in Korea,) and I am already over my calories. I worked out this morning, and I was starving after the workout. I ate some eggs, and half a bowl of rice. For lunch, I ate bibimbap, which is high in calories. I have been hungry all day, so I ate a couple of snacks before lunch. But, unfortunately, I am…

Thunder Thighs
Anyone have any tips on how to get rid of "thunder thighs?" I do squats and high kicks with Taebo. I would like to find ways to get my legs more toned so that my thighs don't rub together. They have been like that since I was young. I don't wear shorts, but I would love to one day. :-)

Hi all, new here.
Hello all, I am new to this site, and I absolutely love it. I can log my food in, as well as my exercise. This holds me accountable, and lets me see how many calories are in the food. I love doing Taebo, Zumba, salsa, and pilates. I have just recently started doing pilates again (after years) and I am starting my taebo…
