Rest Days?

What do you do on your rest days? Do you still get some cardio in? Or do you do a low-impact workout? I usually try to get some cardio in, but I am open for suggestions. Thanks.

    I try to take a rest day once a week and do some yoga....

    I do absolutely nothing! I feel it heals my body and makes it that much stronger and prepped for my next work out. Sometimes I even sneak in a massage to loosen up my body.

    20 -30 minute walk.

    2 rest days a week and that's exactly what I do...rest.

    I do nothing on rest days. Walking or yoga are not "rest."
