Naps

Does anyone here take naps during the day? Do they help you? I've been feeling in need of a nap lately. I wake up in the morning and exercise, but around 2:00pm-3:00pm, I am so tired. Maybe I should take a little snooze during my break.

    yeah i started to take naps also i love it and then i have the power to do my second workout in the evening.

    i sometimes take a power nap around 2 or 3 when i have the time. as long as its short naps its supposed to be good for you.

    I nap whenever I get the chance...It's amazing.
    If you're tired you're tired, nothing wrong with a quick cat nap.

    I. Love. Naps. Honestly, when I see kids complaining about naps I just look at them in disbelief. It is a nap! You get to snuggle and be all cozy and I get better sleep in a nap than night time sleep. I think I could write an Ode to naps.

    If my nap goes on more than 15 minutes I wind up feeling really groggy and even more tired than before, but otherwise naps are great!

    I do naps during train and bus-rides. Usually takes between 20-45min and I wake up feeling much better.

    Though, if you ain't used to taking "naps" it might be rather hard waking/being fresh after such a short amount of napping.

    I can't sleep at all during the day, not unless I'm really really sick. I wish I could cause some days I'm so damn tired, even then I can't nap at all.

    I wish I could nap but it usually takes me an hour or more to fall asleep! However, if your body is crying out for sleep then definitely indulge it. The experts do say that less than 40 minutes though, otherwise you'll disrupt your night sleep. Enjoy.
