Hello all, I am new to this site, and I absolutely love it. I can log my food in, as well as my exercise. This holds me accountable, and lets me see how many calories are in the food. I love doing Taebo, Zumba, salsa, and pilates. I have just recently started doing pilates again (after years) and I am starting my taebo daily. I live in South Korea currently, so it's hard to count the calories in the Korean food that I eat (since it's in another language.) I hope to lose at least 20 pounds (I am 5'2" and weigh about 180 pounds) and just become more active. I am a teacher here in South Korea, so I need my energy! Take care.
