microwave pita chips
I have joseph's flax and oat bran pitas and i cut em into chip size and microwaved for 1min and 15 sec let cool for like 10 sec. boom awesome pita chips. about 16 chips for 60kcal. yum

i work at a grocery store and bring the carts in everday. sometimes 2x a day. it involves me pushing a roughly 200lb load for a couple hundred feet into the store to drop them off and then repeat. it takes me about 15min and i am constantly walking/pushing the carts. how much would you estimate i burn?

i just ate a whole papaginos rustic pizza
its superbowl sunday after all. at least its thin crust. so its like 1800cal for the whole pizza. well i know what my breakfast is gonna be. 2scoops of protein powder. no carbs at breakfast tomorrow lol
