banana bread

i made this last week off the top of my head

1 cup of oat flour (homemade using rolled oats and food processor)
1 banana (ripe of course)
1 whole egg
water as needed to make proper batter consistency

mix it and bake at 350 for 1 1/2hr ish...i winged it

this came out pretty good if you wish to sweeten it i suggest honey or agave nectar or somethin good for you and stuff.

but i baked mine in a small loaf pan and it came out really good for an off the top of my head recipe...especially cuz i have no cooking experience as im 18. anyhow...it was good but would have been amazing if i added more tasty stuff into it like walnuts or w/e
and btw the oat flour made for a great texture

No baking powder? Sounds very good.

i only added like a tsp of bking powder as well as a tsp on baking soda. but ya it was very good. not dry at all, golden brown top, dense but not too dense so its gross, and delicious banana flavor and great texture from the oat flour
