    Seriously, for meat, a healthy portion is usualy the size of a deck of cards (the regular ones, not the oversized ones lol)

    I agree with the deck of cards. If you don't have cards handy I have heard that if you are female the size of your palm is also a good gage.

    depends on how thick... but deck of cards is a good estimate if it's about as thick as that... however if it's thicker, I feel like 3oz is about three BIG bites! I've found it helps to chop it up small so it looks like more! :)
