Can anyone help me set my macros? Where do I start? I am a few months into lifting now need help. what should they be set at and also does it matter what I eat as long as I hit my macros?

Cardio before or after lifting weights?
I have always completed my cardio before lifting weights, I have been reading some articles today that states its better to weight lift before cardio. Is this true? Does it matter which you do first?

Diet soda
So just a small rant..... I have now given up diet soda, I am now gonna drink regular soda again but ONLY on occassion NOT everyday. Its alittle tough to start but worth it. I am just being weak and missing it. Small rant thats all.

After uping my calories.....
So after eating a 1200 calories diet for years and losing all my weight on it, I have uped my calories to 1400.
