Avocado Suggestions?
I've got a couple of avocados in the fridge that are nearing the end of their life. I don't want to have to pitch them. Looking for some creative uses for them? How do you use avocados? I put some in a smoothie this morning and it was NASTY! So that is out.

Cardio and Kids
What are your thoughts?? I try to involve my kids in my fitness routine whenever possible. Mostly out of necessity because I'm a single mom - but also as a means of setting a good example. So I am getting ready to move into week 5 - I have done week 4 four times now. I don't understand week 5 though. The first and second day I get...I see the progression. Weight Loss Pattern
