  • I add cottage cheese to my morning smoothie. It's cheaper then protein powder - and when you blend it with frozen fruit and some sweetener it gives it a cheesecake quality. It's amazing!!!

  • Last night we (my sister & I) tackeled week 3 day 1. I was SUPER nervous for the 3 minute run, but we totally killed it!!! I may even do it again tonight I felt so good afterwards. :)

  • Week 2 - Day 1 - DONE! :) I'm running on a treadmill right now - as the weather outside is frightful! And I upped my incline to a 1 after reading about how thats more similary to running outdoors. I have to say - it was rougher then I thought it would be but I kicked butt!!

  • Oh...I think that's awesome......Even if you did 3 miles right now...you'd be right at 45 min. A hair more for a 5K - since it's technically 3.1 miles. I "ran" my whole first 5K last fall in 44 min. So I'd say your pace is awesome!!! :) :)
