Calorie count versus macros
Okay Ive been looking at things closely for the last week now and have finally seen success in the scale. How? I looked at my macros instead of calorie count. I see so much posts burning tremendous amounts of calories in like 60-80 minutes worth of cardio when I only have 400 calories max burned.
