First week of challenge
So yesterday started the challenge! I got in 30 minutes of lower body work and 66 minutes of cardio (one was beginning kickboxing and the second was a walk with strength training thrown in). Today, I am likely to not go over as much as I have a lot on my plate on Thursdays. What about everyone else?
