Week 8: How are things going?
I'm not the right person to ask. :grumble: I seem to be on a holding pattern weight-wise, so I am just keeping on and adding more strength into my training program because I know it is time. I'm trying not to worry about the scale as it is only one factor in gaining a healthy body. I am persevering because I'm making a…

February goal
While the goal of the challenge is to have as many green days as possible, the individual goal is something you set based on your personal circumstances (e.g. travel, holidays, special events). You can always increase your goal as you progress through the month, so if you are new it is suggested you set a goal you are sure…

Rules for the Hydr8 challenge
Since this is a new component of the challenge for everyone, let me make the rules clear. 1. We are tracking water consumption with the objective of consuming 8 cups (64 oz.) or more. So 8 glasses = a blue day  2. Not all liquids are water so fruit juices and diet pop do not count. Nor does coffee. 3.…

A note to newcomers
If you are new to this challenge let me take a moment to welcome you and reiterate a few things that sometimes get lost in the big description. 1) This group is for you to challenge yourself. In order to do this, you need to pick a goal for yourself. This goal can be changed , but I strongly recommend choosing a goal that…

A warning about Walk it off in 30 days
Hi all, I just wanted to share my experience with Leslie's Walk it off in 30 days. I would say that I am an intermediate/advanced walker. I have quite a few Leslie videos and I generally do 3-5 miles a session. I have many different walk boosters (band, belt, cuffs, weights, etc.). I am overweight, but no longer obese. I…

Week 7: Mini goals
In this thread feel free to find 2-4 goals that you will focus on achieving over the week. It is easier in a long challenge to make short term goals for yourself. These generally should be things that are achievable by your actions rather than losing an amount of weight.

30 pounds lost
Good morning everyone. SW: 250 JW: 230 CW: 220 I have managed to lose 10 pounds since joining this group. I'm really…
