Differences of salmon???
I usually get canned salmon for convenience & was wondering the differences of Pink Salmon, Sock Eye Salmon, or any other salmon, or if I should even be eating canned salmon. Is there a general rule as when to eat??
I know you're supposed to start off with breakfast, but sometimes I'm not real hungry. If you delay your meals a bit, till midmorning say, & save calories for the end of day when I really want to snack, is it wrong. I hate to cook!!! Frozen meals aren't probably the beast way to go either. How many steps in a day?
I know it's supposed to b 10,000 steps a day, but, since you're not supposed to count any calories you burn while working, should you not count steps as well? I walk about 4,000 to 5,000 steps at work every day, & counting that towards my goal. I would hate to think I shouldn't count them either.
