I hate to cook!! If it has more than 4 items on a recipe, I just keep going. So, a lot of the time I choose between 2 breakfasts, eggs or oatmeal, about the same snacks, about the same lunch, usually a wrap, & a couple of different suppers, fish or chicken fixed healthy, with a different veggie every night & a glass of milk, & usually a treat after supper. It's not that I wouldn't enjoy something else, but I know about what nutients I'll be having & how much sodium I'll be using since I'm really trying to cut back on that.......& I hate to cook. Problem is, any recipes with 4-5 ingredients are usually made with some kind of soup, so it's loaded with sodium. If any of you ladies out there know of some healthy 4-5 ingredient suppers, send them my way............Mike

    I'm a guy but...

No there is no issue really as it sounds like you have a variety of foods anyway. You "should" be covering all you're micronutrients with them.

^^ Exactly. I eat a LOT of the same meals/snacks almost every day. Most of us with real lives and commitments don't have the energy/time to dedicate to overly creative meal-planning every day of the week. We revert back to what we know. Habits are formed for a reason - they are convenient, comfortable and easy!

No issue if you're hitting your macros and getting in a decent amount of fiber, some produce, lean protein, and your necessary micronutrients. Most people on here have their diary's own. Take a gander and you'll notice a LOT of repetition!
