I can't find anything anywhere about canned salmon. Is it a big no-no?

I love Kirkland brand canned salmon. A can with a salad fills me up for lunch. I don't think it is bad for you. I also eat sardines. They are a really good source of protein.0

What sort of information would you be looking for?
If you're concerned about mercury content in fish, salmon is fairly low.
I will say I'm not fond of the taste.0 -
Not worried about mercury, just if it is as good for you as fresh, or about as good. I can eat salmon right out of the can & enjoy it & just wondered if it is bad for you.0

It has omega 3 fat -- the good kind of fat.0
