Just wondering.........I see plenty of articles on salmon, cod, tilapia, etc., but was wondering if freshwater caught fish are as healthy as all the ocean fish?, perch, walleye, bluegill, etc. I fish a fair amount, like to eat fish, & would hate to let EVERYTHING go back in the lake if it is as healthy as all the other fishes

doesn't have as much omega 3 as cold water fish but great low calorie protein as long as you don't fry or cover it with sauce.

oops--walleye and perch probably have a good deal of omega 3 as they are colder water species. Crappie, bluegill, bass and catfish not so much. Walleye? Why would you return a legal walleye to the water? That's GOOOOD fish.

MMMMM, fish. I love all kinds, and I'm pretty sure they're all a good protein source with healthy fat.
