Healthy Fish

Just wondering.........I see plenty of articles on salmon, cod, tilapia, etc., but was wondering if freshwater caught fish are as healthy as all the ocean fish?, perch, walleye, bluegill, etc. I fish a fair amount, like to eat fish, & would hate to let EVERYTHING go back in the lake if it is as healthy as all the other fishes

doesn't have as much omega 3 as cold water fish but great low calorie protein as long as you don't fry or cover it with sauce.0

oops--walleye and perch probably have a good deal of omega 3 as they are colder water species. Crappie, bluegill, bass and catfish not so much. Walleye? Why would you return a legal walleye to the water? That's GOOOOD fish.0

MMMMM, fish. I love all kinds, and I'm pretty sure they're all a good protein source with healthy fat.0
